1. FREQUENT ERRORS WHILE COLLECTING SKINS - INDICATIONS

Error S48 - No skin on the market and its substitute.
Our proposal: Sell the skin and buy another one of similar value in the store or wait for availability of this one.

Error 702 - problem with a tradelink, lack of mobile token, private profile or equipment, problems with the steam such as lags.
It is recommended to wait an hour and try to collect the skins again.

2. WHERE ARE MY SKINS?

The skins are located in the "Purchased items" tab

3. DO I HAVE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO UNLOCK THE WITHDRAWALS?

Yes, the user has to pay 10 PLN (10wPLN) to unlock skin withdrawals.

4. WHAT TO CLICK TO COLLECT THE SKIN(S)?

The user who is located in the "Purchased items" tab selects the skin and clicks the collect button.

5. HOW IS THE PROCESS OF SKINS WITHDRAWAL GOING?

After clicking collect button, the system checks if it is available on the market, if the skin is available, the system orders the shipment through the market.
Then a blue sign "sending" is displayed on the skin and the user gets a notification "Shipping order successful, we are waiting for the transfer of the skin from the seller, do not quit the site for a few minutes. For the skin you have to wait a few minutes and then accept the offer within 5 minutes after the offer appears or it will be cancelled and you will have to order the shipment again.

6. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SKIN IS NOT AVAILABLE?

If the skin is not available, the user receives a notification with the possibility to exchange the skin for another.
After the skin is changed, the system starts to verify again if it is definitely available and sends the skin to the user as in point 4.

7. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COLLECT THE OFFER?

The user has 5 minutes to collect the offer if another 5 minutes pass, they can have the skin sent again

8. SKIN IS READY TO COLLECT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The user has to go to the "Purchased items" tab and select a skin with " Accept offer" written on it.

9. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I STILL HAVE A PROBLEM WITH COLLECTING MY SKIN?

In this case, please contact support.

Additional information: Remember to set your profile as PUBLIC and to have games visible on your profile. You can change this in "MyProfile" and "Game Details".

10. HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COLLECT THE SKIN FROM THE GIVEAWAY?

14 days.

11. HOW TO COLLECT A SKIN FROM THE GIVEAWAY?

Once you have received your winnings in a particular giveaway, please report to us via support> write to us with the name of the winnings.
The shipment may be delayed for reasons beyond our control - e.g. Steam breakdowns.
